Hi, can I post my answer to pola for someone to review?0

Ok. So had similar situation at Stansted BP. I made a purchase in store parked in allocated bar. Was unaware of signage. Sat in car, ate a sandwich, drank a coffee and got on my way. I was there 45 mins. I know understand it's 30 mins limit..
So I followed the template appeal as suggested. Got rejected and received popla ref.
Where can I find the popla appeal template. Or is McMahon excellent appeal based on it?
P.s
I asked in my enitial appeal to MEP they supplied me with proof of positioning of all signs. They sent me a generic pic of a sign.
Kind regards.0 -
Start a new thread, as this one is ancient (2017!) and is not your case. The dates are different and this means we can't answer you here as it will confuse matters, possibly to your detriment if people read the first post and wrongly think it's about your case.
Post #3 of the NEWBIES thread. The POPLA template points are there.Where can I find the popla appeal template.
And search the forum for MET POPLA Stansted and copy one written far more recently than 2017, and show us how you have adapted it to suit (tell us ONLY in your new thread please). NO MORE READING VERY OLD THREADS.
You should be comparing your PCN to para 9(2)f of the POFA (see NEWBIES thread link in the first post of that sticky, as you need to see if it's capable of holding a keeper liable). MET sometimes issue non POFA ones - please don't ask what that is, comparing the wording to para 9(2)f of Schedule 4 will tell you, as well as checking if it was received by day 15.
NO REPLY HERE PLEASE.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
