I started PREDICTING a crash in 2007, it really is very straightforward :)

And it was predicted the world would end on 23rd September, but we are all still here!

Scotbot please ignore that poster...he is the most clueless person on here and not a single member has a lot of respect for him sadly. He's a single 50-something paying off his landlord's mortgage destined to live in a flat forever.

Unfortunately though more than a single member feels the need to post endless responses to Crashy Time posts. If you don`t like the message, just ignore the poster!

Why not let "people" decide for themselves whether it is useless or harmful?

Because newer posters don't know your history, don't you like people pointing out the flaws in your argument.

This forum has a community feel to it, and if one person is giving bad advice, it's absolutely right that others should make this known to new members.

What if this was happening on the debt board...would they accept one person giving terrible financial advice to new members day after day?

How much do newer posters know about your history, and why would you be a suitable candidate to tell them what viewpoints to listen to?

There is a very predictable pattern to the posters who line up to "police" any talk of declining house prices, and I am sure that most new posters suss it out VERY quickly ;)

It's not the fact that people don't think prices could fall, it's your insistence that prices are going to crash. Nobody knows with any certainty what house prices will do and people should be aware that prices could just as easily rise as fall.

Nothing and I never claim to know what is going to happen unlike you.
