Not with the payee as DRP, and Smart Parking as the parking firm (who never sue in England).

Why not search the forum for something like:

    Gladstones letter DRP

...to save us repeating ourselves, given this letter gets shown by posters at least once a month.

Remove your link because you've left your name and address in full few to anyone!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • Apologies! I did a lot of search and reading at the beginning when it started. When I received the letter from solicitors, thought to inform you guys. Didnt know it was discussed before. Yeah, and thanks for the heads up. I completely forgot about the personal details on the letter.

    Cheers

I thought I will update on this - I have received several Debt collectors letters but I have not received one for the past few months now. Looks like they gave up :) Hope no other letter will turn up.

Again, thank you all for the advice.

    Thanks for the heads up!
  • Hi. Received a Parking Charge Notice from Vehicle Control Services Ltd. Appealed directly to them with the standard letter found somewhere on this forum - i.e. not accepting that I was driver, just replying as keeper. They've responded to say that they "...are unable to accept your appeal." They included a load of photos of my car with this response too. The reason they give is essentially appropriate signing. Can anyone recommend how I proceed and what I do from here?

    Yes, I can do that.

You need to be reading the NEWBIES thread.

Then if you still have questions feel free to start your own thread.

You have posted on a thread which is over two years old, and trying to deal with two peoples incidents in one thread can only lead to confusion.
