As it's for school, I'd try to get one with a free copy of MS Office.

Also, a big screen may be nice, but weight is likely to be an important factor too.

Lugging around a heavy machine, is going to get tiresome pretty quick.

Not at that price. Budget is £300 to £400.

Thanks guys will take a look at those too. I am ok for MSoffice as we can download it for free as part of our licence from work.
