Rightmove - do sold houses show up as 'new'?

it's not really in the estate agents interests though to allow too 'refined' a search as they really want you to have to go through lots of properties on the off chance that you find one you might like that you hadn't considered before.
Searching by road name for example would be very useful, as a sub category under region. Not everyone knows postcode info for a property they are interested in, but most know the road name. It's a health benefit ...0 -
It would also be useful if Rightmove had an 'ignore' function so that I don't have to keep a running mental list of all the properties I've already looked at but discounted. Sometimes I forget why I didn't like them and so I have another look and invariably come to the same conclusion as I did the last three times I looked at them.↑ Things I wouldn't say to your face

I wish you could also be able to filter out:
- retirement homes/age restricted
- holiday homes/limited 10 month occupancy type of thing
And have a text search within the details for a special feature (e.g. annexe)
And more categories of houses that you can do multiple selections on0
