Even if the CV is public an employer only seens your personal details if you apply for a job.0

Recruiters may see your CV through other job boards but they don't see your personal details through UJM. Its clearly explained on the website itself. Yes if you are offered an interview you are meant to attend but the fact that you have an interview is only disclosed to your work coach if you choose to tell them.
It was said very early on in the thread that even though the CV is public an employer wouldn't see personal details on the CV unless they applied for a job.
Being put forward for one in three jobs you apply for on a jobsite?
Do you know how many people are chasing every advertised vacancy?
I was offered a part time job last year. 92 people applied. Thats quite low. In some jobs where I live there's 300 applicants to every vacancy listed.

Sorry, phone posted before I had finished typing. As for posts like getting put forward for one in three vacancies listed, that's certainly not my experience of job boards. I've been contacted by one recruiter in six months.
You contact employers on ujm. Its not the other way round.0
