Sorry. Was more a light hearted comment on my own ability to see what's under my nose!
  • Hi, I've also recieved a parking ticket from PCS and DRP saying that i need to pay £160. They sent me a picture of my vehicle but there was no PCN attacted to the car. Could i please get the template for the appeal so i can write to them?
  • Where can i access the template?

You ask this even though I tell everyone where to click in every reply I make?!

    See below.

If you can't see my signature below this reply, you are using a phone. STOP.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I received a PCS ticket whilst working at a Matalan on Anchor Retail Park in Hartlepool. I parked my BLUE van in the disabled space as I was taking materials/tools into the shop to complete the job. I came out of the store to find the ticket on the van. The ticket had the correct reg but wrong colour. I informed the staff of Matalan and was told to 'Rip it up'. I didn't I appealed based on Health & Safety Regs. However, the appeal came back as refused as I was not displaying a BB. I then got back in touch with the company who I did the work for and they contacted Matalan who have just said they are unable to help. I am now too late to appeal through POPLA but have just emailed them the template found on here so fingers crossed!!
  • Oh dear i found this thread too late! i was given a on PCN and have already written to them and told them i had parked there and and worse still i have given them my full address! They replied saying the price has gone up to £120 now! even though i had appealed within the time frame saying that it was not clear that this was restricted area. When i called them to discuss this they simply refused to listen. Feeling depressed :-(

Why are you posting on an ancient thread that the OP hasn't posted on for nearly 2 years.

Please start your own thread for advice and read the NEWBIES thread.
  • I have a similar problem. I have been receiving non-stop letters of fines and threats of court action for a parking fine which I received for parking my car right outside my front door on a private road. The address they state I parked my car on is “Rydal Lodge” however I live on a differently named road which is private. “Rydal Lodge” is a block of flats next to my address and I keep telling them that via appeals which they never respond to and even over the phone. I am starting to worry they might take me to court and really do not known what to do. I was wondering if you have any advice on what I should do. Would any appreciate any help you could give.
