Parking ticket from PCS PLEASE HELP

    I revert he letter 6 days after, there was no windscreen ticket I was told that it was a warden camera and it was 60 quid

    Don't give them a status they do not deserve,it's a scumbag gutter-dwelling *job* for megalomaniacs.

    Anyway this is a BPA firm so send PCS the BPA template appeal to get a POPLA code, as per the NEWBIES thread.

    Yesterday I've received a Parking Charge Notice from those morons PCS acting on behalf of CUP Enforcement. Appealed it due to a poor signage and no "PRIVATE PARKING" signs. We'll see what will they do..

    I've sent PCS your appeal template and today, hooray hooray they've sent me an email with confirmation of cancelling my parking charge and removing all my details from their database. Big thumbs up for all the people who running this page!!

    Hi there. I have a notice too for £60 for parking on the wrong side of a Costa car park for an hour whilst I was in there. From pcs. How do I get an appeal template, please. I'm so annoyed.

    When you have read that post, if you still have questions please can you start a new thread?
    To try to progress two different incidents for two different people in the same thread can only lead to confusion.

    Hi. I too have just received a PCN through the post from PCS. First I knew of the alleged offence to be honest. Identical to "Shaft160"s experience. I was advised by the driver that there had been no notice to driver on windscreen. PCN from PCS on behalf of their client CUP Enforcement There has been no photo evidence offered, and can't seem to find anywhere that photo evidence can be viewed. Will follow your advice re appeal using appeal template.
