New gutters burst twice in a year

Ahh the classic sagging union (gutter joint). They are supposed to be screwed to the fascia but no one does this because once the gutters are in place you can't get a screwdriver in to screw it because the tiles are in the way.
Fitters with brains either lift a tile or they screw the union via the side before they put the next gutter in place.0
