Help me understand by Sky phone & broadband bill

Hi all
On the 12th August 2017 I spoke to Sky's online chat and agreed a new deal for fibre broadband. The deal agreed was as follows:
Standard line rental at £18.99pm
Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro at £20pm
all for 12 months on a 12 month contract.
The fibre broadband went live on 24th August 2017.
Today, Sky have generated a bill on my account.
The billing values say this:
13th September to 12th October
Sky Line Rental - £18.99
Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro - £30
Charges for 24th August to 12th September
Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro - £19.35.
I have finally made Sky realise that the £30 for the period 13/9 - 12/10 should be £20.
However, Sky staff I have communicated with cannot seem to understand that 20 days for £19.35 is not correct when 30 days is £20. By my own calculations, the 20 days should cost approx. £13.60 at a daily cost of £0.68.
Am I going mad or are my calculations correct here and Sky should be reimbursing me £15.75 for the overcharges on my current bill?
Many thanks
M

Hi,
looks as though they have worked out the 20 days at the £30 rate.0 -
Precisely what I have been trying to tell them but not one person I have spoken to at Sky seems to be able to understand that. I just don't know how to get them to see the charge is wrong.0

Unfortunately it's a case of try, try ,try again until you get someone who can think for themselves.0 -
Perhaps email them this calculation....
For fibre :
12 months at £20 is £240
20days should cost (£240/365)x 20=£13.15
For line :
12 months at £18.99 is £227.88
20 days should cost (£227.88/365)X20=£12.48
But using Fibre charged at £30, 12 months at this is £360
20 days should cost (£360/365)x20=£19.730
