Tentel have 'slammed' me to TalkTalk without my permission

Ahh, I was presuming that you can still log in to your Tentel account as the following seems to suggest:
I can still login to Tentel, and use Direct Debit. However I presume all new bills will only appear on MyTalkTalk—they sent the email telling me to register on their system, but do not give the information necessary to do so.
For all I know, I cannot even terminate my subscription without that account number / being able to answer security questions that I can only create by having that account number. Tentel account number does not work.
I do not know, because neither Tentel nor TalkTalk has bothered communicating anything. They have only sent that account creation email, which, if I did not know from the Ombudsman* to be legitimate, I would have just thrown into the spam folder as a phishing email.
* I recently complained to the Ombudsman about Tentel's dropping-off-10-times-a-day service and them refusing early termination. But the Ombudsman didn't do anything because of them having gone bust.0 -
Indeed September bill is not on MyTentel.0
