AIUI the zig zags apply across the carriageway rather than defining the outer limits of the restrictions.
No, but the fact that Hastings council does this would lead me to assume, on the balance of probabilities, that they checked the laws referring to this. The parking has been there for about 20 years and I'm sure it would have been queried by now.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
