Thank you. No, I didn't mention anything regarding it being unfair in terms if the relations in my complaint. Strange?0

You should probably highlight this to the Ombudsman if you decide to refer your rejection.Moneyineptitude, my job entitled me (still at same job 17 years later) to 6 months full pay sick leave and 3 months half pay sick leave.
Too late for considerations like that as your complaint is already rejected.Should I have worded it differently on the complaint?0 -
Thank you, moneyineptitude.0

Iamwales, purely because I don't recall seeing a breakdown of a repayment figure with and without insurance which would have given me the option to choose. I'm 100% certain I would have picked the cheaper option given the choice.
Common sense would tell you that product + insurance will cost more than product alone.
Did you do this complaint yourself, or did you use a template and tick anything that might apply?0 -
Non contact in what way?
I missed that in the Bank's responses. If that's an exact quote, then it suggests that the PPI was taken out by the OP via the internet (or by mail), which would mean that the OP mis-bought rather than was mis-sold. If that's the case, there is no point in the OP referring the complaint to the Ombudsman.0
