Fixed ! They must be joking. Emailed them an hour ago and it's still not putting the entry code through on PC, iPad and various browsers - just tried.

I tweeted them yesterday and got a reply today:-
"The other most common problem is that every field marked with an * hasn't been filled in."
I told them this was not the case and that it's an IT problem.
