Hi Guys,
So I finally got a letter back from Canada Square Operations with the account numbers for both my egg loan and Card. Do I need to send a separate SAR for each account or should one cover both? Both accounts where closed pre 2004.
My question is am I able to claim back credit card and loan charges on accounts that where paid off and settled in 2004?

You don't need a SAR with the account number.

However, if by "charges" you mean Payment Protection Insurance, then you can complain about any date you may have held a policy.
However, in order for the PPI to be refunded you'll have to show the insurance was somehow mis-sold to you.0
