New Address, New Bank Account will I be a new Sky customer?

My partner has just called her Sky account as the cost was getting too high (£90 odd pcm) and we had everything apart from a Sky Q box and Movies. They knocked it down once called (£71 pcm) but still not as good as a new customer deal where currently we can everything Sport and Movies and a shiny new Sky Q box for (£70 pcm) or (£60 pcm) for my package (no Movies).
Not happy with the offer I cancelled, I'm the second name on the account and its so frustrating having to have my partner here to authorise all these retention conversations with Sky, even though the money is coming out of my bank account!
And this is where I need the advice:
We have just bought a new house and we have a new joint bank account. Would I be able to get Sky in my name as a new customer and get the deal? I've not been a Sky customer as its not my Sky account that was cancelled.
Could I get a new customer deal as the account would be in my name, with a new address and a new (joint) bank account?
I appreciate there will be a set up fee and I'm OK with this to get the lower pcm and I don't care about having a new landline number (never use it anyway) thank you.

And if they ask for a previous address as you’ve just moved (for your credit check) they may well all link up! Find the dew customer deal you want, sign up online with any relevant cash back from the usual sites, and see if it goes through.0

It's on the name.
Add in/remove a middle name or use your initials instead.
You don't need to use a new bank account.''He who takes no offence at anyone either on account of their faults, or on account of his own suspicious thoughts, has knowledge of God and of things devine.''0
