Looks like Caller ID Spoofing which is usually only done by spammers or scammers.Had a missed call from a 12 digit mobile number....spam? Or do these exist?

With very few exceptions, UK telephone numbers have ten digits after the leading zero trunk code or +44 country code. Indeed, all UK telephone numbers starting 02, 03, 05, 07 or 09 fit that pattern.Had a missed call from a 12 digit mobile number....spam? Or do these exist?
Most UK telephone numbers starting 01 or 08 also fit that pattern but there are some 01 numbers and some 0800 numbers that are one digit shorter.
One 0800 number (0800 1111 - Childline) and one 0845 number (0845 46 47 - NHS Direct Wales) are very much shorter.0
