Nokia 6822 - Contact Service - O2

Hi all

Tried to switch phone on today and after the nokia handshake - all i'm getting is "Contact Service".

Any idea what this could be?

Phone was purchased from CPW (on-line) in March.

    software corruption, if you take it to CPW they can sort that out for free
