Sorry I am late to report a 2lb loss last night. Was very surprised at that!It takes me to 1lb under target .I imagine I will gain some of it back before monday-I have got a big birthday happening on Thursday (at least 2 meals out for that),and out for son's birthday on Saturday.

Kathrynha,It being nearly 2 years since I reached target last time,I can't remember if I stay on your chart, and keep reporting each week, or get a mention on the first page?(And well done on your loss this week :j.Fantastic work!!)

Well done on your loss and getting back to target. I will add you to the target member list on the first page.

Up to you what you do about the chart. Quite happy to have you on there if it keeps you on track. I would put you down with a target of a 1lb loss, which was what you needed to get to your actual target.
Most target members aren't on the chart, but Orlao is on there with a target loss of 0lb. It's just up to you what is best for you.

Well done Kathrynha on getting your 4 stone award! How much more do you want to lose?

Still a hell of a long way to go. Wanting to lose over 10 stone in total :o

    Today's 'plan':
    Breakfast - noodles
Lunch - Speedy chilli (if I have correctly identified the frozen leftovers I have got out of the freezer :) )
    Dinner - spag bol
Snacks - quavers, fruit, cereal bars, ginger sweets

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - cereal bars
Syns - quavers (3), ginger sweets

beanielou I'm going to Matagorda. It's really close to the airport but just a few mins in a taxi to Puerto Del Carmen. I've stayed in the same hotel the last time I went and loved how quiet the area was.

Sunshinemummy thanks very much. That's exactly how I'm looking at it. I've had health issues the last couple of years including mobility issues, so as long as I come back without injury what does a few extra pounds matter?:rotfl: My mums coming with me so I should be safe on the being arrested front. Worst I've ever done in front of her was down a bottle of wine and become convinced that there was a short cut back to our room through a garden :rotfl:

Sounds like a good holiday x

    Congrats, merlin, on being SOTW.
You’re a wonder keeping our chart, kathrynha, with all you have to contend with. Thank you.

O tweets, thanks for trying to cheer me up! A good win for you tonight. Of course, I was listening to Celtic getting humped by PSG! I am destined to be a loser, except when it comes to SW, it seems.

I am metaphorically dancing round the living room for you, kathrynha! Fandabbydozy, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious and any other made up words you can think of!

    Good Morning :hello:

Yes was a good win. Was laughing at managers dripping wet with the torrential rain :rotfl::rotfl: I look similar when I arrive at work have done since i went back to work think its been fine 2 days :(

Today with the rain got the wind as well drowned rat again :p

    Celtic hammered .

You are not a loser you are a great virtual online SW friend always helping people on here :grouphug:

But with another stone loss, you'll have reached 1/2 way and then with every pound you lose, you'll have lost more than you have to lose

I find it mentally easier to think of my weight loss in 1/2 stone chunks - if I'd thought of the mountain I wanted to climb I think I'd have given up. I also plan on little (non food) treats - doesn't have to be mega extravagant - I am very child like so I think of it as my weight loss star chart..

When you say you eat aldi quavers are they aldi own brand? Only ask as I eat the branded quavers and I thought they were 4.5 syns so if I can save myself 1.5 syns that would be useful.

Hubby & son are out tonight so I'm playing nurse maid to the mutt.....talking of which we took him to the vet yesterday and (whilst we did know it) had a bit of a ticking off from the vet, who called him fat ...she was a young vet but was very old school in calling a spade a spade. So mutt has officially joined doggy slimming world lol!

Not sure what dinner will be as a result (might do the same as yesterday).

That is MORE than 10 stone I want to lose, so 5 aint half way. I am more than a third of a way there though.
I am thinking of it very much a half stone at a time. because even 5 stone seems sooooo far away. And yes I plan non food treats too. I get a Lush bath bomb for each half stone.

And yes the quavers are Aldi own brand cheese curls. I personally think they taste just like quavers, and they are a lot cheaper too. Their wotsit(4.5 syns) and skips(4 syns) alternatives are also good.

    Congrats Merlin on SOTW

Congrats Kathrynha on your 4 stone loss, in very difficult circumstances. I hope rejigging the meds will help you feel a little better. Oh and thanks for doing the chart - I wouldn't know where to start!

Have a great holiday Joedenise - after the weather we've had for a few days, I'd be thrilled to be going away for 3 months! I'm off to see DD2 in Spain for a few days next week so will get a little sunshine.

    Morning all
Just back from WI. I've joined the social team- I was on pay today, I had the regular lady helping me but blimey it was full on! Shattered now! Decent loss though- 2.5 off meaning a 1 stone 4.5lb loss in 7 WI's. 9 weeks left to lose 9.5 lbs- so a very manageable 1lb a week for 8 weeks with 1.5 on my final week. I would very much like to try and get my 1.5 stone award next week which would mean a bit of pressure off- it's 4 weeks today until my birthday and I'm off to London with mum and sis. We've got a fixed menu meal pre theatre, I can be good and have a salad for main but would like a dessert so would be great just to have that pressure off for a week.
I attempted an SP day yesterday but it made me feel so awful that I had to succumb and have some rice with my evening meal. It reminded me why I don't do SP :D
    Yesterday's food:
B: Bacon medallions, 3 Sainsbury's BGTY Cumberland sausages (3 syns) large flat mushroom, onions, tomatoes. Decaf coffee with HEXA s/s
L: HEXB WW wrap pizza (tomato, mixed herbs, tuna, onion, peppers) green beans, carrots, cauliflower. 2 easy peelers, water
T: Salt and chilli Quorn made with 1/2 normal rice and 1/2 M&S spring onion, garlic and ginger cauliflower rice, Fab lolly (4 syns) Can of NAS tropical crush
    Syns: 7

    Today's food
B: HEXB 2 x HiFi bars, easy peeler, can of NAS tropical crush, cup of decaf coffee with HEXA S/S
L: Chicken and bacon pasta salad, apple, peach, water
T: Lamb rogan josh (1.5 syns) with mixed veg, Fab lolly (4 syns)
S: Sausage sandwich with onions and mushrooms (8 syns)
    Syns: 13.5
Won't be many steps today- I'm exhausted so I'm taking it easy!
Ps very well done Kathryn on your fab loss!
    Love to you all xx
