But somehow I've only gone and got -2.5lb this week. God knows how but I'm taking it and running with it! I feel it's justice for my rubbish first week loss after having the summer off plan.

    Well done, brilliant loss

I have been a very naughty girl today :p Had a 99, 2 cream buns and a couple packets of sweets. Pretty sure I've undone the 4lbs I lost last week. At least by this time tommorow I'll be joined up to group. Hopefully having to pay each week will motivate me to stay on plan...until my holiday at least!

    But did you enjoy it?
So OH is eating skinny popcorn.

    I ask for one.

He tells me to run up and down the stairs twice for one piece.

I don't like popcorn that much!!

That is so cruel, but it did make me laugh :rotfl:

Really sorry Kathrynha, I completely forgot to post my weigh in.

After a weekend of excess alcohol..... I lost just 1/2 lb

I am now 1 pound from my final target.

I am totally focused this week... nothing but food optimising. 5-15 syns...... NO ALCOHOL !!!

Well done on the loss. I did wonder where your weigh in post was. I know you normally post it around the same time as I sort the chart, and therefore sometimes miss out on getting on it. Put it in for last week.

    Today's 'plan':
    Breakfast - yogurt
    Lunch - pasta salad
    Dinner - stir fry
Snacks - fruit, quavers, cereal bars, ginger sweets

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - cereal bars
Syns - quavers (3), salad dressing (1), ginger sweets

Feeling my food is getting a bit repetitive. Think I need to have a look at my SW magazines and try some new recipes. If anyone has any they have tried please tell me. I can adapt most recipes to suit me, except really tomatoey ones.

I have recipes for the following if you like the sound of them:

    SW dirty rice
Chicken noodle soup (I love this if I feel nauseous or tired)
    Bacon and mushroom carbonara
    SW kebab
Mexican chicken lasagne (a bit tomatoey but more fajita ish really)

Ooh can I have the recipes for dirty rice and chicken noodle soup please.
Been hearing about dirty rice and people saying it's lush, and I love anything with noodles. Thanks

    The dirty rice is below:

I add extra cajun and worcester sauce and sub mushrooms for celery as OH hates celery :D

I also use a packet of blue dragon microwaveable long grain rice as it's free and I can't be bothered cooking rice in advance!

The chicken noodle soup is one of my absolute favourite comfort meals:

I have a soup maker but I do this in my big pan as I like to check the noodles as I go.

    Enjoy!

Thanks Top Girl. Reckon I can successfully adapt both of those.
I find courgette makes a good replacement for celery in a lot of recipes. Celery is an evil food!

I went to WI and gained a pound.:( Not unexpected, it would be the sandwiches etc. last week.

I don't know what's happening today. It's DH's birthday but he's not feeling too well so we may/may not be eating out. I feel positive that I can lose the few pounds I need to get back to target in that I know what to do but RL keeps getting in the way.

I've had my SW breakfast (Weetabix) and will post later when I know what's happening.

    Have a good day all.:)

Don't let 1lb get you down. You are a target member and that is a real achievement. Real life does get in the way, but if you weren't still weighing in and keeping on here, then it would be much more than 1lb you would have to worry about.
Keep positive and you will get back down.
