Good afternoon, hope you’re all well.
I’ve been to the local farm shop and got candy stripe and golden beetroot which I’m about to roast. Never had them before so hope they’re nice.
I’ve discovered turkey meatballs from Tesco, which are free, so that’s what we’re having for tea.
Better shift from this couch, dog needs out x0 -
beanie, round sliced sausages were probably the cheapest of the cheap! More recently – not that recently actually – they’d be in breakfast packs, like square slice are now. Maybe I should try really, really cheap square slice, that sort of spam coloured variety …
Stovies are different depending on where you grew up, bubbs. My mum’s (she was born in 1915) had round sliced sausage, with chunks of carrots, onions and potatoes, just stewed forever, slightly burned (by me) helped the flavour too, all caramelised, sort of. Cheap and filling – and tasty! I’m sure beanie and mumoftwo will have different recipes. ETA just as I thought.
A strange name for a cooker?
Close, Sunshine!

today has been less on plan due to various things. not least because my lunch hour was eaten up by an eye test where I was told the reason things further away are far less clear is because my prescription has changed massively in the past year!
I am sorted ready for group - got my closer voucher; my hifi bar purchase list, I want a new mag and journal too (can't settle on any available online atm and the sw ones did work for me when I bothered!) and my countdown. I'm going to aim to get there for just after 7 I think (group starts 7.30 however it eases my anxiety to be slightly earlier)
so ready for some actual support and ideas!************************************

lush hope you get on okay. I suffer from serious anxiety. I convinced my mum to come to group the first week with me, even though I knew she wouldn't join
Once you have tonight over you you'll be fine
Got away with my dodgy week. -1 for me this week Delighted I made my target for the challenge. Still have 10lb to go to get into the next stone bracket. Really hope I can do it by Christmas. This week will probably be another dodgy one as I've a friend coming to visit for a few days, but after that I swear I'll be good :A
Still no mention of my free bookWanted to try the carrot cake bars but she didn't have any
Read online that Mr and miss slinky is supposed to be next week, no mention of that
Aren't we supposed to vote on it? I'm assuming we're just not doing it, like everything else! I'd even decided who I wanted to vote for :rotfl:
