    i'll second that. we brits were def in the minority, didn't encounter any drunken idiots in the eldorado resort. cancun is meant to be a bit like that in places. but i'd imagine that most people are all inclusive they'll keep to their own hotels. i think if you're going for a high end hotel then you'll be fine.

    So it does look like the brochure pictures then :)

    Have finally decided. It looks like we're off to the Riu Cancun for a week, and will hopefully book it once we've clarified some questions with the Thomson people in the shop on Sat (will come back and book on-line as its cheaper).
