Hi,
Having a few problems with Currys PC Word regarding a Tom Tom Spark Cardio Fitness band. This has been working perfectly fine and all of a sudden 15 days after the warranty has expired the battery will no longer charge.
Currys have been trying to fob us off by saying that it is not in their best interests to repair it. They will also not provide an exchange. They have opened a case file but haven't heard anything back from them yet.
Can anyone help advise what our rights are? Should Currys provide a replacement or at least get this fixed?
Your feedback would be gratefully appreciated.

As it is more than six months since purchase you have to prove not only that it is faulty but that the fault is caused by a manufacturing defect rather than just wear and tear or misuse/neglect. Once you can prove that you are entitled to a repair, replacement or a refund (can be partial to allow for the years use you've had).
Have you tried contacting TomTom to see what they say? While your consumer rights lie with the retailer manufacturers often do more for you.0
