Marshall Ward £20 off plus free delivery

I have logged into my account o see what is happening with it, but my item is not expected for delivery until 5th Nov, but it shows the order value of £42.50 not the £19.00 that was on my email, but I have had no emails saying they didn't accept the code :S no mention of a credit for £23.50
any suggestions ???

Where did the orginal code come from anyway does anyone know?

I have emailed them anyway!
I blagged tht a relative gave it to me as it was not addressed to anyone and I was looking to order a chair bed!!!

Thanks for this! Got my 2 baby born swim dolls yesterday and the credit is showing on my CC statement. Will have one happy daughter on Xmas day :-)

i've just checked my card statement online, and they've taken no money even though stating in their email that they have!

they wont refund me the discount unless i post them the voucher

they also said it can only be used on credit accounts :S

You'll see the refund on your next credit/debit card statement.

I wonder if you can help me , I want to use the discount for marsahll ward.

Did it once for me and I wnated to place and order for my husband too but got back a mail saing the same as princess Vikki.

Is there a way round it? My hubby doesn't have an account with them but either did I ?
