check you a/c online under statements should show payment received eg £29 Thank You Promo £23.50 Refund to Delta/Credit Card They ALWAYS charge the full amount then refund.

Just the same as Littlewoods and GUS

Ordered two lovely jumpers last night and they arrived today! Should have been £15 each and they only cost me a tenner.

I paid with my bank maestro card and they debited £33.50 (incl. £3.50 delivery) and credited me with £23.50 (it looks on my bank statement like the £23.50 credit was made before the £33.50 was charged).
