I ordered yesterday afternoon and my stuff just arrived :eek: just checked bank but nothing has gone out yet think it was all a bit quick it doesnt say anything on my delivery note about discount just the price of the individual items no total should I be worried??

My item arrived yesterday and the delivery note mentioned nothing about discount but I've checked my bank and they've refunded the discount amount.

on my e mail it says i have to pay £7.00 including delivery i have received 1 item the other is expected on the 17th oct

I have just looked at my bank account as i paid by card and they have took out £30.50 the full amount

Do i ring them up or will they take discount off and credit my account back without as some people say thats what happens

please help

I would like to know this too, they have taken the full amount at present, i have received 1 item another is expected in a few weeks. Will they refund the money once i receive the second item?

I got this in an email and it is showing the discount, I have kept the email just in case....

I was also wondering if they will refund me the money back once my other item is delivered

Can anybody shed some light on this as i cant afford that amount going out of my account for very long and if i have to ring up id rather do it sooner than later

You need to check your account with them, view Statements and see if it mentions a refund as mae mentioned..

If it does then the refund should arrive anytime now I would imagine, my refund came on the same day as they charged my debit card (both transactions took a couple of days after order to show on my online banking)

Placed an order worth 29.5 incl delivery, received confirmation email and marshall ward statement showing £23.5 discount accepted, but not on my bank account. Just rang cs, an old lady said min spend (£45)not met, the credit will never turn up.

I ordered some stuff and paid by debit card they have took the full amount and refunded the discount like others have said!:T

I e-mailed them as they took the whole amount and said that they would refund the discount when my item is dispatched. Only problem is it's not expected in stock for 2 weeks, but I suppose I can't compalin as it is a good discount!
