Erronous transfer
I was a customer with Extra Energy but had an erronous transfer to flow energy. I complained and extra energy tried to get my account back but failed. I raised this to the ombudsman using the complaint procedure and the outcome was that Extra energy have not done anything wrong, I am still with flow energy not knowing what i am paying for gas & electric. Therfore i am forced to this supplier?
This is supposed to be consumer choice?
Has anyone else had this problem and how do i progress now?
If i start a change will i have a large bill to pay?
Look forward to comments
