Tried emailing them without any luck

Why not book direct with the hotel. No point involving a middleman.0

There is if you want Topcashback commission and a contribution towards a free hotel night.
That said, Hotels.com don't always market rooms offering parking several nights in addition to a hotel room for a night.0 -

Nothing is worth putting a third party in the middle just to get a couple of quid back from Topcashback or Quidco IMO. As I'd never use a third party I'm not likely to get a contribution towards a free hotel night from them lol. We get our free nights by accumulating points booking direct. We can also get free flights, along with car hire (if we wanted it), and lot's of other things as well.0 -
If you have never used a 3rd Party then you have probably paid too much. The difference may not be much with city hotels but with package holiday hotels, going through a reputable 3rd party can save 50%0

That's your opinion but it's an inflexible one and one unlikely to lead to the best outcome.
I wouldn't book a flight with a third party provider, the risk return balance isn't worth it, though I have done historically.
For hotels then check direct prices and those through recognised sites and consolidators, which is cheaper will vary and I tend to use both options. Hotels.com free nights with topcashback on top will frequently beat direct bookings, not always but often.0 -
