Defending a claim in court

  • It sounds like your Defence can be pretty simple.

    You would admit that you worked at the tattoo parlour. But you would deny that you are liable for the tattoo. You would need to explain that you are neither the employee who did the tattoo, nor the owner of the business or employer of the person that did the tattoo.

    Do you know why this person is claiming against you? Is there something we are missing here? It seems very strange that anybody would randomly sue the wrong person.
