Had left over frittata today for lunch, apple and boiled egg for a snack and cereal bars for breakfast. Took two jars of coffee into work and filled my flask before leaving my house in the morning.

  • Sorry for the lack of check in yesterday - I had a bit of a naughty day. clearing out my purse I found that I had two loyalty cards for the canteen at work with enough stamps between them to add up to a free meal. I made the choice to use them up and didn't take my dinner in - I can't feel too guilty as it was free! I have recovered though today and have got leftovers from last night's bacon pasta bake and home made cookies.

  • Nellie that sounds like a brilliant is of loyalty stamps, I've got a full McDonald's coffee card somewhere for emergencies.

#6 3/12 it's not the end of my work day yet but I have no money on me, eaten my lunch and filled up my coffee flask so I'm confident to count today. I prepped a couple of meals yesterday in the slow cooker so brought that.

  • 3/14 so far. I also had two days with free lunches but then ended up spending £6 on a train yesterday evening since journey was 5.30pm to 8.30pm coming back from course.
