From what I can see It's part of the Reverse Auction section.

They aren't. Vaults are completely different and opened by points. Tiles are the means to gain points, get discounts, enter offshoot competitions if you are a specific brand customer (eg Virgin Media exclusive, in that only VM verified customers will see that tile). It's just VR being confusing as ever. They always make a mess of the quiz questions.
