You need to have the latest version of the app, it doesn't come up on the bottom tiles it's on a big one in the middle.

The tile is still there for me so you should be able to see it but there aren't any left for today

Thanks I got latest version and evan latest mobile with android pie but unfortunately I don't have that tile, have other 11 tiles but not this one.
Looks like it I'm not going to get one tmrw either, thanks anyway

Same here, app up to date, but only 11 tiles none for the free card.

It's there now in the centre, the first of 12 tiles and there are still cards left to claim:)

The email I got about the cards said you had to be verified with virgin media. I couldn't see the tile on Monday, ended up restarting the phone to get it to show by which time all cards had gone. I had already bought mym mum a card to post sso didn't bother trying again.
