Good luck. I would have photographed it just in case not. Returned to show ombudsman. I am sure it will be though.
Yes, I have done but the result is still illegible:mad:. It proves such a document exists but not what's written on it.
I'll have to hope that they either return it or that they'll pay out anyway and it won't be necessary to contact the Ombudsman after all;)
Have a good day. Sorry you're feeling so tired but I know that's par for the course with you when you try to cram so much into every day (and night). Here's a strong coffee to perk you up :coffee:. I'm feeling pretty wrecked myself this morning and that's just after one night with hardly any sleep:o. Goodness knows how you cope:A0 -

Morning all, well I have been in Blackpool for the weekend! It was lovely xx
I'm counting £40 paid to me by a friend for petrol even though I insisted it wasn't needed, 11p from Qmee and 20p in roadkill from the Pleasure beach! I spotted another 20p as we got off a ride but didn't pick it up as it was at an awkward angle - hahahaha!
I really need to get some selling done and my mystery shops are slow but steady which I think is how I like it x
That sounds like I have been a lot of my life Aesop. I am doing my best now to look after my well-being - I am still a little delicate/vulnerable/grieving/in need of TLC -- for me this partly means having little things to look forward to - like the last 2 weekends of a spa day and a hotel stay - we had the most amazing room. I don't spend money on much and going places is my thing xxx please look after yourselves xxx
Sorry I should add shouldn't I that I have cleared debt and I know that clearing off for a hotel stay or spa day would have done me no good at all when I was so much tighter and stressed with money xxx0 -
it's lovely you can treat yourself to a nice spa day or a nice hotel.
I will get there eventually. just need to get a bit more organised and get DH to understand that just paying that for that now is not necessarily the best idea, further down the line, when he has no income.
we are under pressure with moving, his daughter's wedding and xmas and all the usual stuff.0 -
Ok, those doing swagbucks, today 8pm is the last day for submitting your swago board, so get completing or check if there is anything you need to do to get that 50 sb bonus or even better the 300 sb bonus.
There is also new Autumn collector bills up for grabs.
pinched from a lovely lady on Facebook, this seems to be producing collector bills... maybe not for everybody but for some, got my first one today

What are collector bills you ask?
To celebrate certain holidays and/or special occasions, Swagbucks will release Collector’s Bills for a limited time. These themed bills are awarded via search wins and are collected in your ledger. Once you collect an entire set, you will receive a bonus amount of SB(total bonus varies per collection).

Well - I don't have sprogs now - they do create a lot of clutter and the DH training is progressing well
Also I've become a miserly skinflint - like saving my pennies and don't buy things unless really necessary or especially yummy :rotfl: but I do have two holidays a year and you can only spend the dosh once.
Though, as you say, I also don't have any 'stuff' to sell to make extra pennies.
Ho hum - guess it's swings and roundabouts eh
Lx
My house is pretty much clutter free except for the small pile of eBay things. However, with a little one, I think it will be a continuous cycle of things coming in and going out... just need to keep on top of it now!2025 decluttering: 5,050 🌟🥉🌟💐🏅🏅🌟🥈🏅🌟🏅💐💎🌟🏅🏆🌟🏅🌟🌟2025 use up challenge: 362🥉🥈🥇💎🏆Mini freezer challenge +4/-20Big kitchen declutter challenge 120/1502025 decluttering goals I Use up Challenge: 🥉365 🥈750 🥇1,000 💎2,000 🏆 3,000 👑 8,000 I 🥉12 🥈26 🥇52 💎 100 🏆 250 👑 5000 -

Oh dearI am the worst for trying to do too much and then beat myself up for not getting everything done and perfect, but try not to burn yourself out and take things a bit slower. Look after yourself.

£3.46 in bank interest... yay
i just looked at a consolidation loan and apr was 12.8%... it meant i would pay £8.5K in interest.... so i have decided to keep going with the 0% credit cards instead and just pay every penny i can off them for the next 12 months... then reevaluate it... was trying to source enough to get a car as well but am reluctant to pay such high interest! oh well...was worth a try i suppose. i am still persueing the PPI claims and have 13 claims in with a PPI company... they take 30% of money BUT I tried and got refusals from all the companies a few years back... and they may get some where... so anything is better than nowt! fingers crossed it is huge. I am hoping for something big from a car finance as we had around £15k interest on a car loan a few years back...
why do i keep borrowing? i wish i could just do without anything for five years and be debt free for ever!
This forum really does help though as I feel i have to keep going and avoid shopping... every online shopping basket gets a huge pause and a 'weed out' before i checkout now. i love coming onto this thread and seeing everyone's successes. Thanks xxMake £/day March: £1490.85 / £310

I would have gone to the ombudsman after they refused and seen what they said. some of these companies do get results and some don't. I hope you get really big payouts0
