Can you post the readings you have been submitting for both the registers please - go back for 12 months

Examples not all bills are. Loading via sp.com-did was raised from 45-55 2016.

Examples from start 2016 to end 2016 when I was using storage heaters until Feb.

Jan-March 16
Night 19244
Day 2442

31st dec 16-prob October and November included
Night 2271.775
Day 2247.301

DD was more than enough@ £55 per month.

I’m usually hundreds in credit before I switch on storage heaters maybe Oct’/Nov approx each year.

Please put aside these DD and how much you were in credit or debit.

Can we have the actual/estimated readings for the last months please - not the consumption as if the meter readings are in error so will the consumption be.

I don’t have estimated at all.

What I can post is from sp.com -from my entered readings.

Average 10.5 units per day.

To confirm I’ve never ever been on estimates with SP

Is there an explainable reason for the surge of my average 10 units a day since 2009 to 23 units per day May 17.

What’s on my mind is I switched water heater on in kitchen -which in theory should heat up at night during economy 7 hours.

When I switched water off and read my meters a few weeks later I since returned to averag 10 units per day.

SP are phoning me today.

Noticed via my bill I’ve got 2 estimated reads + 2 customer entered reads.

20000 units of a difference !

Now you can see why I've been asking for your readings - this all looks like a reading error - its very easy to read a 5 for a 3 on modern meters.

I’m confused.com

The young lady advised me to ignore their online graph which shows the major surge from 10 units to 20 units May17.

Seems I’m avergijng 5 units per day.

Why am I not convinced.

Which error are you referring to?

The lady advised here’s a few customers with debits this year rather than credits-like me.

Offered to even dd to 60 per months I let her know politely to leave it at 75 whilst I leave storage heating off as long as possible next few weeks.
