Very easy:D
Par-boil pasta and put into ovenpoof dish. Add can of tuna and one of sweetcorn (or frozen), add couple of hard boiled eggs, in quarters-mix up a bit, add cheese sauce and sprinkle with some grated cheese and breadcrumbs and pop into oven on about 180 for 30-40 mins.
Can be made in advance and I have also frozen it-goes down well with whole family!Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.....0 -
Hi all,
I know I am late posting this but I have never ever done a meal plan before so wanted to ensure I stuck to it before posting!
Mon: Chicken, mash & veg
Tues: Chilli & rice
Weds: Moussaka & peas
Thurs: Toad in the Hole for DH & DS1, Lasagne for me & DS2
Fri: Egg, beans, toms & chips
Sat: Cheese & Potato Pie
Sun: Roast chicken, pots, puds & veg
It was so much easier having all this planned out in advance and I really enjoyed cooking all the meals from scratch. Well except for the lasagne which I got from the freezer but it was HM last week.
I stuck to it except for tonights meal. DS1 passed his 11+ exams so we are having a Chinese takeaway to celebrate! :T
I suppose I had best start on next weeks meal plan.... :rolleyes:Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

Hiya clutterfree,
I'm usually terrible about sticking to my plans, but this week I've been much better. Although tonights meal did not come from the freezer... I went to my mum and dad's and we had chicken fajitas
Keep it up, it's more than worth it.0
