sorry if this is a repeat but i couldnt see the thread

this will will look somthing like this......all hm of course

Sat, tuna & red onion pizza & corn on the cob
Sun, roast pork, yorkies, mash, carrots, cabbage, broad beans
Mon, bubble & squeak with bacon
Tues, red onion and tuna pizza & corn on the cob
Wed, rissoles with cauli & brocolli cheese
Thurs, bacon,onion & mozzerella potato bake with cabbage
fri, leek and bacon frittata with pot wedges
- prior planning prevents poor performance!

    Hi everyone

    This week i have decided to use some of the HM things i recently put into the freezer...(hopefully i will doing this for the rest of the month :whistle: ) so we will be having the following - in whatever order the week calls for......
    1. roast chicken, hm stuffing, new potatoes, nobbies, cabbage, broccoli and carrots
    2. savoury meat pie, with plenty of veggies
    3. white fish, hm parsley sauce and mashed potato/celeriac
    4. hm sausages, yorkshires, potato and veggies
    5. liver casserole, mashed potato/celeriac and extra veggies
    6. Hm chilli n rice (hubby) Salmon and veg (me)
    7. roast chicken, roast potatoes and vegetables... we love chicken:D
    Brekkies will be, porridge, weetabix, yoghurt for me... hubby doesn't do brekkie

    lunches for hubby will be HM bread with various fillings
    and for me will be crispbreads/toast with lowfat cream cheese/lowfat pate
    fruit, yoghurts etc....

    Just finished menu plan so here goes -

    Mon - shepherds pie from freezer, veg and gravy
    Tues - everyone out at different times so will have hm leek and potatoe soup with hm bread
    Wed - chicken, chips and salad
    Thurs - roast - beef or gammon all the trimings
    Fri - chicken curry
    Sat - out.

    Hi all.

    This week's plan is:

    Mon: Pork chops and veg
    Tue: Moroccan fish (thanks mrsmcawber ;) )
    Wed: Stir fry and prawns
    Thur: Omelette and oven chips
    Fri: HM chilli
    Sat: Turkey meatball casserole
    Sun: Lasagna (already cooked and in the freezer ;) )

    I prefer to work Monday to Monday :)

    But yesterday we had a sausage casserole with baby potatoes and hm bread - yum! and mixed fruit (summer fruits, raspberry and rhubarb, lol) crumble with hm ice cream. Delish!

    Tonight we are having rib eye steak (:eek: how'd I managed that, lol), from the freezer with vegetable and potatoes.

    Tuesday: Bolognase at ex's parents :rolleyes:
    Wednesday: Baby Potatoes with garlic butter and cheese (possibly beans, in which case next days lunch will be beans on toast, lol)
    Thursday: Fish in milk with bread, YUM!
    Friday: Phanaki (leftover sausage from work :D)
    Saturday: Something from freezer, will update when I decide :)
    Sunday: Soup from freezer with hm bread. I am currently in love with the granary and extra poppy and sesame seeds :drool:

    I have everything in for this week and so will not need to buy anything. If I see anything reduced that can be frozen, however, I will buy :)

    Sun-Roast lamb, broccoli, cauli, carrots, peas, roast spuds, yorkshires, gravy, mint sauce.
    Mon-Cheese and potato pie(freezer), roasted tomatoes and sweet onions, salad
    Tues-Tuna sweetcorn and egg pasta bake in cheese sauce
    Weds-Chilli and rice, salad
    Thurs-Smoked mackerel salad with baby roast potatoes
    Fri- Out at friends
    Sat-Fresh tuna steak or fish pie(depends what is on offer at fishmongers);)

    mon........ chicken pasta bake (kids) mac cheese (me) with garlic bread
    tues.............chicken pie (hm) with mash and veg
    weds..........pork, pots,veg
    thurs...........pork curry and rice (kids) ? for me and bf
    fri........... sausage and hm wedges
    sat.......... errm mind has gone blank lol help

    will do some biscuits and a cpl of tray bakes as well i think for treats

    Sunday: HM veggie lasagne w/ garlic bread (leftovers for lunch Mon & Tue)
    Monday: Cod steaks, parsley sauce, mash and veg
    Tuesday: OH's birthday - steak en croute, duchess potatoes, baby corn, aspargaus, sugarsnap peas. Profiteroles (him) and Lemonicious (Marks and Sparks thing) for me
    Wednesday: mushroom tortellini w/ basil & tomato sauce
    Thursday: HM chili con carne
    Friday: away for weekend
    Sat: away for weekend
