Awful rip off company. It is cheap for a reason everyone. I got boiler service agreement with these guys. Later after studying my bank statement they also gave me a £5/month a separate car breakdown policy I did not know about. Yes, THEY TOOK OUT A POLICY I DID NOT ASK FOR OR NEED. These guys a crooks! When I finally got through on their target driven money hungry contact centre, they had no apology and stated that I had to do an online complaint. This sorry excuse for a complaints procedure stated that it could take up to 6 weeks before they even answer to me! Well the 6 weeks is well up and now I am writing this.0
