Air Canada flight delay

in Flight delay compensation
I was delayed five hours on an air Canada flight departing from Toronto to Edinburgh but unsure if I am actually able to make a compensation claim for this flight I have flight number and times can anyone help

    Do either of these conditions apply?

    departing from an EU airport and operated by any airline
    or
    arriving at an EU airport and operated by an EU airline


    If not then no.

    I was just going to type "no" but there is a minimum word count for posts
