Hi
Bought a couple of Fires for kids who live in Egypt. As they are young, mum has set up parental controls, but has been unable to download the Youtube app. Initially, it said that it was because it needs to be done in Amazon.com, but when she tried to do that, it is not having any of it.
I admit to being a complete technophobe, but as mine registered to UK address, I had no issues.
Any suggestions on how to resolve the problem, they will only be watching cartoons & things like that?
