I've broken the wagon, I've fallen off so often

I'm back....and boy do I have a sore body from falling superbly off the wagon.
I did super well years ago and then I went a bit wayward, and then buried my head in the sand.
But I now have had (I hope) my final lightbulb moment.
The letter from the Scalifax about the increase in O/Draft may have been the absolute final straw. I did what everyone says not to do, which was consolidate some debt into a loan. I know, but it means I can mentally cope and also pay off my debt instead of just paying the fees each week.
So I'm off to feel a bit better, cos A) I am back on here and
I am finally grabbing this noose of debt and destroying it. One day at a time and all that
