I have been entering the Take A Break and Chat mag comps for some time now as well as lots of others featured in various magazines that I read but to date, I have never won a penny.
I have added to my list lately some of the other weekly mags.
I notice that a lot of you have been much more successful than me and I wondered what your secret was. I have tried entering both on-line and by post but to no avail.
Please help as I'm getting very close to giving them up altogether.
Regards

I've wondered about this myself, but have put it down to probability - the more you do, the more you are likely to win.;)
They are popular magazines, and so probably get a high number of entries, reducing our chances.
As with all comps, it really is a matter of keeping at it, and you'll get something.
It's worth keeping an eye on the I Won! sticky - someone has won today with Chat:

I enter them all, and I've only ever won with Real People Mag.
Strangely enough, I've won 3 times in the past year with that same magazine!
Sheer luck.
I still send all the others in as well and hope to win with them sometime. If you don't enter, you've no chance of winning.
I enter everything on line if it's possible. More for my convenience than anything else, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.42.7 percent of all statistics are made up on the spot:hello: Good Luck everyone !:hello:0 -
