Retention period for phone recordings
Hi, please can someone help. We've got an ongoing dispute with Vodafone and I'm trying to find out if there is anything that stipulates how long they need to keep phone recordings for. I've seen some info that states 3 years some that says 7 years, we're referring to something that happened 15 months ago and they are telling me they don't keep recordings for that long?? Thanks Lucy

Copies of Call Recordings made to Vodafone Customer Services
Vodafone does not record all of the calls made to our call centres. Those that are recorded are generally only retained for between 3 and 60 days. Because of this, the specific call recording that you are seeking may not always be available.

Sorry, you're out of luck.0
