What reason did they give for the photos not being ready when you phoned them?
Do you have a written or verbal contract?0 -
All they are saying is that it's not ready yet. Was just told that they take that long when I was selecting which photos and package I wanted0

How did you pay for them? Were you given any T&C's at the time of ordering (or before)? If so, what does the T&C's say with regards to period of performance/delivery?You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Payed using my bank card.
I have just found there t&c from reading it seems not much I can do
Here they are

Have you pushed them for a reason, the actual printing, developing of the photos would only take seconds per pic.
Of course they need to choose and edit first but that wouldnt take long , it looks like they just havent bothered0 -
Were they running an offer at the time you used them? It happens quite often when places like this run an offer for say half price, they get inundated with orders and not wanting to turn customers away they overbook and then struggle to catch up with the workload.
It doesn't excuse what they have done at all but that could at least explain the delay and mean that you will get what you have ordered and paid for eventually. If they were full price then this is less likely (unless their full price is a lot lower than competitors) and more chance of them running a scam.0 -
Why did you pay 100% upfront? 14 weeks wait is absurd. Ring them and get a firm date agreed (7 days more?), then if not delivered, send an LBA giving them 14 days to deliver. Then proceed to small claims. No free lunch, and no free laptop
