Where has that info come from ? I thought support ended in 2018 for later builds, only some earlier W10 builds ending this October. https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/13853/windows-lifecycle-fact-sheetSupport and updates for the Microsoft Phones will end in October however if your phones are running Windows 10 Mobile they will be as up to date as they can be.0
