    Little did I know and I'd expect that it still wont be sorted before Christmas. I'm not longer in contact with Solicitor after I expressed concerns regarding the handling of everything.

    Think yorkshireman you've commented on a few of my threads before and seen the messing about that's been going on with houses/rental and all sorts. The sorry thing is there will be a big bill to from solicitor no doubt also.
    Please don't let them get away with it. A formal complaint my help.
