    Yes, our contract does not mention the words 'car', 'car parking', or the parking bay allocated to our flat. Nothing at all. I've read through several times looking for it. Thanks

    So how do you know you can park there, and what instruction sheet was given with the permit?

    Hate to say it but, as you managed to lose v Gemini at POPLA (unheard of here, and a missed opportunity) then £60 to settle this entire dispute and start again doesn't sound too shabby.

    Neither did we receive any written instructions with the permit; the permit was handed to us by itself.
    POPLA weren't very gracious either, but then I hadn't read up on MSE back then so didn't know how to play the game
