Yes, our contract does not mention the words 'car', 'car parking', or the parking bay allocated to our flat. Nothing at all. I've read through several times looking for it. Thanks0

Hate to say it but, as you managed to lose v Gemini at POPLA (unheard of here, and a missed opportunity) then £60 to settle this entire dispute and start again doesn't sound too shabby.

Neither did we receive any written instructions with the permit; the permit was handed to us by itself.
