After speaking to popla again there’s no way of viewing what was submitted by myself but luckily the agent gave me a few clues to what I have submitted is actually my final written statement which was posted here before submitting so panic over. So now I can go in hard at the stupid lousy comments they are trying to win with!

Yep, including the unreliability of their evidence, given it points to a different car park. This casts doubt on their entir submission, and the assessor should weight this acccordingly.

Are you copying and pasting directly from a Word doc? There was a MSE advisory a few weeks ago about this.

Copy your text into ‘Notes’, then copy and paste that into the reply box - I think that’s what it inferred.

Do you know what - I hope you come back and update us of the outcome of all the advice we have given you here - not like last time when you took so much advice, then ignored us!

I have been using notes to copy and paste as I know it not the correct format coming straight from word.

And I have not taken a load of advice and ignored last time I did as CM advised and uploaded the outcome in the correct place and copied a link to the original thread

What is the point of a sign in a car park in Rye displaying the tariff of a car park over one hundred miles away?

Put your comments in short bullet points, tearing apart their 'evidence', starting with the point above and saying not only are the photos undated but which ones are from a car park in Newbury and which are from Rye, who knows?

Also, there appears to be an awkwardly placed white & red notice photo-shopped onto the top front of the P&D machines shown (which might well be 100 miles away in Newbury!) because they show another undated photo of the *same* machines with no white & red rectangle planted on top...

They appear to have shown a sample NTK, where the 'date of issue' is misleading.

They have shown a shapshot of motorists' payments allegedly made from 2 machines (maybe in that car park in Newbury?) on two days, but all payments to one machine are 'timed' at 23.45pm and all payments to the other are 'timed' at 4am. That is impossible. Either that or that's the time a few payments were uploaded to the servers, which suggests something was wrong with the machines if only a few payments were made on those two days, then uploaded in a batch at 23.45pm and 4am respectively. As evidence, it's useless.

• ECP are not showing any knowledge of which site we are dealing with and responding with completely irrelevant information, what is the point of a display in the Rye car park showing tariffs of a car park over 100 miles away,

• ECP list their parking tariff for “up to 32 minutes” whereas the picture of the sign they attached states “up to 20 minutes”

• The photos are undated but which ones are from a car park in Newbury and which are from Rye, who knows?

• There also seems to be an awkwardly placed white & red notice photo-shopped/edited onto the front of the pay & display machines shown because they show another undated photo of the ‘same’ machines with no white & red rectangle planted on top… are these machines at the Newbury car park?

• ECP appear to have shown a sample NTK, where the ‘date of issue’ is misleading
• My evidence clearly shows that the Rye car park signage from entry to exit does not correspond to ECP’s and is unclear/not-visible as they think it is.

• Their evidence also shows a snapshot of motorists’ payment allegedly made from 2 machines again which could be Newbury related, on two days listed all payments to one machine are ‘timed’ at 23:45PM and all payments to the other are ‘timed’ at 4AM. That is impossible. Their reply of a story of someone’s child being ill in the vehicle (where the hell did they get that info from)
