Do you mean asking about the other side's RoA can annoy the Judge? Maybe, if so, move on. But a case can be won within 2 minutes on that point alone, look at Publican Paul's case on pepipoo:

No they did not originally send me this photo, I received only when ws arrived last week, however the sign is not on the route I took or near where parked but further down the estate!0
