No that is not the norm for Barclays email addresses. They have the format of firstname.surname@barclays.com.

Maybe internal emails for specific staff members, but barclays.co.uk is clearly a Barclays domain.

At any rate, this email isn't asking you to log in to anything or take any real action, so I'm not sure why it matters.

I'm well aware of that. But you're unlikely to get an email sent out to a large number of customers from a specific named member of staff. Are you suggesting that barclays.co.uk is not a domain owned by Barclays?
