Sky £10 offer administration fee

Don't know if this has already been raised but I recently renegotiated my sky package and moved my broadband and phone away from them as they wouldn't match the £10 a month difference.
Was reviewing my future bill and there was a £10 offer admin fee that I had not been told about apparently this is a new thing and whenever you sign up for a new offer while already a customer this will be applied.
I have complained and they have listened to the call and confirmed I was not told so on this occasion have refunded it back to me
